What parents and students ask first
I've never studied English. Where do I start?
With the free lesson. We find your starting point and place you in a beginner group or set up one-to-one lessons. At first the teacher supports you with explanations in Russian or Kazakh, but the amount of English grows every week.
Do you teach children?
Yes. General English groups for kids and teens are formed by age and level, and one-to-one lessons are available. Parents get a progress update every four weeks.
How long does it take to reach IELTS 7.0?
It depends on your start. From B1, with three lessons a week and daily practice, the typical time is 6–9 months. From B2 it is usually 3–4 months. After the level check we give you a timeline for your exam date.
Can I study fully online?
Yes. Groups and one-to-one lessons run online with the same teacher and the same program. Students from other cities in Kazakhstan and from abroad study online only.
What if I miss a lesson?
In a group: the materials are available the same day and the teacher sets a task on GrammarPlay so you don't fall behind. One-to-one lessons are rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.

1. Who we are
The data controller is MILY EDUCATION Ltd., a private company registered in the Astana International Financial Centre, BIN 260940900913, Astana, Mangilik El Avenue 51/5 (the "School"). Contact: WhatsApp +7 702 734 37 64, milyeducation@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
The website milyeducation.kz has no forms that send data to our server and uses no tracking cookies. The "Book" and "Send request" buttons open a WhatsApp chat: the message is composed in your browser and sent to WhatsApp only after you confirm it. When you talk to us on WhatsApp and attend lessons we receive your name, phone number, learning goal and English level, and for students under 18 the name and contacts of a parent or legal guardian. The level test runs in your browser; its result is not sent anywhere unless you choose to share it with us.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request, hold the free first lesson, place you in a group or with a teacher, manage schedules and attendance, issue invoices, inform you about changes, and give School students access to the GrammarPlay learning platform (grammarplay.io). Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and you can opt out at any time by writing to us on WhatsApp.
4. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent, the contract for educational services and the School's legitimate interests, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" and applicable AIFC acts.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Only School staff and teachers have access, to the extent needed for teaching. Data may be processed by services we use: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), the GrammarPlay platform and our website host in Kazakhstan (Hoster.KZ LLP). Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires.
6. How long we keep it
Data from a request that did not lead to enrolment is deleted within 12 months. Student data is kept for the duration of studies and 3 years afterwards for accounting and tax purposes, unless the law sets another period.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, withdraw consent and object to processing. Write to us on WhatsApp or at milyeducation@gmail.com; we reply within 10 working days.
8. Children
We provide services to students under 18 only under a contract with a parent or legal guardian and communicate with them on study matters.
9. Security and changes
The website runs over HTTPS on a server located in Kazakhstan and protected by a firewall. We may update this policy; the new version is published on this page with its effective date.
Terms of service
Terms of Service (Public Offer)
Version of 30 September 2026
1. General
This document is a public offer by MILY EDUCATION Ltd. (BIN 260940900913, Astana, Mangilik El Avenue 51/5, the "Provider") to conclude a contract for English language tuition on the terms below. Payment for lessons constitutes full acceptance. The customer may be an adult or the parent (legal guardian) of a minor student.
2. Services
The Provider delivers group and one-to-one lessons in General English, IELTS, SAT, Business English and Speaking Clubs, in person at the Provider's premises or online. The program, format, schedule and teacher are agreed after the free first lesson and level check. Students get access to the GrammarPlay platform for the period of study.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are published on the Prices page of milyeducation.kz and apply at the time of payment. Payment is monthly, in advance, before the study month starts. The first lesson is free for new group students. The Provider may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a paid period is not recalculated.
4. Missed lessons and rescheduling
A missed group lesson is not rescheduled; the student receives the materials and a task on the platform. A one-to-one lesson is rescheduled without loss of payment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance; with later notice or a no-show the lesson counts as delivered. A lesson cancelled by the Provider is rescheduled or credited to the next period.
5. Refunds
If you withdraw before a paid month starts, the full amount is refunded. After the month starts, the cost of lessons not yet delivered is refunded, less the lessons delivered at the current price. Refunds are made within 10 working days to the account the payment came from.
6. Study rules
The customer pays on time and attends lessons, and for online lessons provides a working device, camera and internet connection. Recording lessons and passing study materials to third parties is prohibited. The Provider does not guarantee a specific exam score, as results depend on attendance and independent work.
7. Liability and disputes
The parties are liable under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and AIFC law. Complaints are sent to WhatsApp +7 702 734 37 64 or milyeducation@gmail.com and are reviewed within 10 working days. Unresolved disputes are referred to the AIFC Court.
8. Personal data
The customer consents to the processing of personal data under the Privacy Policy published on the website.
9. Term
The contract is in force from payment until the end of the paid period and is extended by the next payment. The Provider may amend this offer; the new version applies to payments made after publication.
